Spring Semester: Guided Meditation for All

Unwind at the end of the day with a relaxing session of guided meditation. No previous experience is required. Just come as you are, take a seat and follow along as we put the worries and busyness of the day aside. Each evening class will have two short and easy sessions, a little stretching to limber up and time for questions. Come and enjoy!
