Start your day with intention and fresh air during our rejuvenating Outdoor Yoga Retreat. This guided class takes you through a balanced sequence of seated, standing, supine, and prone postures, all designed to cultivate mindfulness and body awareness. With a focus on breath, gentle movement, and the connection between effort and ease, you’ll build flexibility, strength, and balance – both physically and mentally. Embrace the grounding energy of nature as you reconnect with yourself in a peaceful outdoor setting. In case of inclement weather, class will be moved indoors.
