Chemistry is all around us, shaping our daily experiences in fascinating ways. This course invites students to discover the wonders of the molecular world through hands-on laboratory experiments. Each week, we’ll explore a different aspect of checmistry – from pH levels and flourescence to polymers – and bring science to life through engaging activities. Students will create fruit juice caviar, test a variety of glow-in-the-dark paints, and experiment with diferent concentrations of borax to find the perfect polymer, among other exciting projects. A lab fee of $10 is required for this course.
