Summer Semester: Meditation for All
This summer, we’re offering simple sessions of guided meditation. It’s helpful for those with a home practice as a way to keep in touch, and a great way to test the waters for those with no previous experience. Just come as you are, take a seat and follow along as we put the worries and busyness of the day aside. Each class will have two short and easy sessions, a little stretching to limber up and time for questions. Come and enjoy! Class will not meet July 3.
